Get Your Shareable Form Link

Copied your form link and it won't open when you paste it? Your form is fine — you just grabbed the wrong thing. Here's the three-click fix.

When you open a form and click Integrate, you're given two different things — and only one of them is a link you can share.

Almost every "my form link won't load" comes down to copying the Embed Code (which is website HTML) instead of the Form Link (a web address). Paste HTML into a browser or a text message and nothing opens — that's the whole problem, and it's a 10-second fix.

The short answer

  • In Integrate, click Copy Form Link — not Copy Embed Code.
  • The Embed Code is website HTML (it starts with <iframe). It only works inside a website — it will never open on its own.
  • The Form Link is a normal web address that opens your form anywhere you paste it.
  • Test it by pasting the link into a browser tab before you send it out.

Copy Embed Code

This is website HTML for building the form into a web page. If you paste it into a browser, a text, or a DM, it won't load — it's code, not a link.

<iframe src="..." ...></iframe>

Copy Form Link

This is your shareable web address. Paste it anywhere — text, email, social, your bio — and it opens your form.

Open your form and click Integrate

From your back office, open the form you want to share. In the form builder, click Integrate in the top-right corner.

Sites → Forms → open your form → Integrate

Click Copy Form Link — not Copy Embed Code

You'll see two options. Choose Copy Form Link. That's the web address that opens on its own.

If you only see an embed/HTML box, look for the Link tab or option in that same panel — the Form Link is always there.

Test it, then share it

Paste the link into a browser tab and press enter. Your form should open. Once it does, share that same link by text, email, or on social — it'll open for everyone.

A few more quick checks

In order, the most common reasons — and the fix for each.

Most common

You copied the Embed Code by mistake

If what you copied starts with <iframe or looks like code, that's the embed — go back and click Copy Form Link instead.

An old link is cached

Fix: test the link in a private / incognito browser window, or fully close the tab and reopen it, to rule out an outdated saved version.

The form was never saved

A brand-new form needs to be saved at least once. Fix: open the form, click Save, then copy the Form Link again.

You have two copies of the form

If you accidentally created the form twice, make sure you're copying the link from the one you actually finished. Fix: open each, and use the Form Link from the complete one (delete the extra so it's not confusing).
