Boss Up Wealth Circle was co-founded by two partners who built the systems they wished they'd had.

Alexis Clarke

Co-Founder

Alexis co-founded The AJ Collective and Boss Up Wealth Circle from Tampa, Florida. Her work centers on tax, wealth-building education, and community — helping bosses turn skills and side income into real, structured businesses. She leads the training and community side of the Circle, where members get the roadmap and the room to grow.

Jasmine Baker

Co-Founder

Jasmine co-founded The AJ Collective and Boss Up Wealth Circle alongside Alexis. She focuses on the wealth systems, software, and member success that make the Circle work day to day — the tools and structure that turn a goal into an operating business. Together, she and Alexis bring 19+ years of combined experience to the Circle.
